Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter
- 0.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.75 cup sugar
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, oats, baking soda, and salt.
- Step 3: In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy, 2-3 minutes.
- Step 4: Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
