Description
A delicious and healthy breakfast made with rolled oats, milk, and fresh fruits, refrigerated overnight and served chilled.
Ingredients
- 0.25 teaspoon nutmeg
- 500 ml almond milk
- 0.25 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.5 cup mixed berries
- 0.5 banana
- 250 g rolled oats
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the oats, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir well to combine.
- Step 2: Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Step 3: In the morning, top the oats with mixed berries and sliced banana.
