Ingredients

  • 0.25 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 500 ml almond milk
  • 0.25 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup mixed berries
  • 0.5 banana
  • 250 g rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the oats, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir well to combine.
  2. Step 2: Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
