Description
Crispy zucchini fries coated in parmesan cheese
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 2 eggs
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: Cut zucchinis into fry shapes.
- Step 3: In a shallow dish, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Step 4: Dip each zucchini fry in flour mixture, then in eggs, and finally in panko breadcrumbs mixed with parmesan cheese.
- Step 5: Place coated zucchini fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Step 6: Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
