Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: Cut zucchinis into fry shapes.
  3. Step 3: In a shallow dish, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
