Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large bananas
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.5 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat waffle iron and grease with cooking spray.
  2. Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. Step 3: In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, mashed bananas, peanut butter, and melted butter.
