Ingredients
- 0.25 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
- 0.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large bananas
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 0.5 cup milk
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat waffle iron and grease with cooking spray.
- Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Step 3: In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, mashed bananas, peanut butter, and melted butter.
- Step 4: Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Step 5: The batter should still be slightly lumpy.
- Step 6: Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the center of the waffle iron and spread to edges.
