Description

Ingredients
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 1 lb ribeye steak
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup beef broth
- 4 slices cheese
Instructions
- Step 1: Slice the ribeye steak into thin strips.
- Step 2: Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Step 3: Add the sliced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Step 4: Add the sliced steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Step 5: Add the garlic, beef broth, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Step 6: Butter the hoagie rolls.
