Description

Ingredients
- 0.5 cup rolled oats
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 0.25 cup zucchini
- Pickles
- 1 cup black beans
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.25 cup onion
- 0.25 cup carrot
- 1 clove garlic
- Red onion
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: In a large bowl, mash the black beans using a fork or a potato masher.
- Step 3: In a food processor, blend the oats, onion, garlic, carrot, zucchini, tomato paste, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Step 4: Add the blended mixture to the mashed black beans and stir until a dough forms.
- Step 5: Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and shape each part into a patty.
- Step 6: Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
