Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 0.25 cup zucchini
  • Pickles
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.25 cup onion
  • 0.25 cup carrot
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Red onion
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • 4 whole wheat hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, mash the black beans using a fork or a potato masher.
