Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 0.5 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 cups apples
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Step 3: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops for 2-3 minutes per side, then transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Step 4: In the same skillet, cook chopped onion until softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Step 5: Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
