Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- Lettuce
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Red onion
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Vegan mayo or ketchup
- 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
- 4 each Portobello mushroom caps
- Tomato
- 0.25 cup onion
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: In a food processor, blend breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Step 3: Brush the mushroom caps with olive oil and coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Step 4: Place the coated mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
