Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 pound prime rib roast
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C)
- Step 2: In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, and horseradish
- Step 3: Rub the mixture all over the prime rib, making sure to coat it evenly
- Step 4: In a large roasting pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat
- Step 5: Sear the prime rib on all sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side
