Ingredients

  • 1 pound prime rib roast
  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C)
  2. Step 2: In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, and horseradish
