Ingredients
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 cups flour
- 0.5 cups water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 6 slices prosciutto
- 0.5 cup San Marzano tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 4 cups arugula
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes until yeast is activated.
- Step 2: Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the bowl. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Step 3: Knead the dough for 10-12 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Step 4: Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours until it has doubled in size.
- Step 5: Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C) with a pizza stone inside.
- Step 6: Punch down the dough and shape it into a 12-inch circle.
