Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 0.25 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 pounds pork shoulder
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups cabbage

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Step 2: Season the pork shoulder with salt and pepper.
  3. Step 3: In a large Dutch oven, combine the pork shoulder and barbecue sauce. Cover and transfer to the preheated oven.
  4. Step 4: Braise the pork for 6 hours, or until tender and easily shredded.
