Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 rack lamb
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup mint leaves
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 0.25 cup water
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: Season the lamb rack with salt and pepper.
