Description

A colorful and refreshing dessert made with layered Jell-O and whipped cream

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope unsweetened lemon Jell-O
  • 1 envelope unsweetened orange Jell-O
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 envelope unsweetened grape Jell-O
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a small bowl, dissolve lemon Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in 1 cup cold water. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
  2. Step 2: In a small bowl, dissolve orange Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in 1 cup cold water. Pour over lemon Jell-O layer. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
  3. Step 3: In a small bowl, dissolve grape Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in 1 cup cold water. Pour over orange Jell-O layer. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
  4. Step 4: In a medium bowl, whip heavy whipping cream and granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Step 5: Spread whipped cream over top of Jell-O layers.
