- 0.25 cup crab meat

- 0.25 cup sugar
- 1 sheet nori seaweed
Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the sushi rice according to the package instructions using the water, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt
- Step 2: Cut the avocado and cucumber into thin slices
- Step 3: Cut the crab meat into small pieces
- Step 4: Lay a sheet of nori seaweed flat on a sushi mat
