Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon hot sauce
  • Vegetable oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 pound bull testicles

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Cut the bull testicles into 1-inch pieces and season with salt.
  2. Step 2: Dredge the testicles in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
  3. Step 3: Dip the floured testicles in the buttermilk, making sure they are fully coated.
  4. Step 4: Dredge the testicles in the flour mixture again, pressing the coating onto the meat to adhere.
