Description

Ingredients
- 0.25 cup horseradish
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup ketchup
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.25 teaspoon hot sauce
- Vegetable oil
- 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 pound bull testicles
Instructions
- Step 1: Cut the bull testicles into 1-inch pieces and season with salt.
- Step 2: Dredge the testicles in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Step 3: Dip the floured testicles in the buttermilk, making sure they are fully coated.
- Step 4: Dredge the testicles in the flour mixture again, pressing the coating onto the meat to adhere.
- Step 5: Heat about 1/2-inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Step 6: Fry the testicles in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Step 7: Drain the testicles on paper towels.
