Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 medium onion
  • 6 slices bread
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 pound sweet Italian sausage

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Step 2: Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up with a spoon, until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Step 4: In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and milk.
