Ingredients
- 4 English muffins
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 pound sweet Italian sausage
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 large eggs

Instructions

- Step 2: Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
