Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups mixed mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pound sweet Italian sausage

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  3. Step 3: Add olive oil, salt, and 2 cups of flour to the bowl. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
  4. Step 4: Gradually add the remaining 1 1/2 cups of flour, kneading the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  5. Step 5: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
