Description

Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic

Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes until yeast is activated.
- Step 3: Add flour, salt, and melted butter to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
- Step 4: Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Step 5: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Step 6: Punch down the dough and roll it out into a thick circle, about 1/4-inch thick.
- Step 7: Transfer the dough to a 9-inch deep-dish pizza pan or round cake pan.
- Step 8: In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
