Description

Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 eggs
Instructions
- Step 1: Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with a fork. Add the salt and pepper and mix well.
- Step 2: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the butter. Once melted, add the diced onion and cook until translucent.
- Step 3: Pour the egg mixture over the onion and cook until the eggs start to set.
