Description

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 0.5 cup pizza sauce
- 0.5 pound scallops
- 0.5 pound mussels
- 0.5 pound shrimp
- 0.5 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 0.25 cup parsley
- 0.25 cup basil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes until yeast is activated.
- Step 3: Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
- Step 4: Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Step 5: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Step 6: Punch down the dough and roll it out into a 12-inch circle.
- Step 7: Transfer the dough to a greased pizza pan or baking sheet.
- Step 8: Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
- Step 9: Top the sauce with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Step 10: Arrange the shrimp, scallops, and mussels on top of the cheese.
- Step 11: Sprinkle parsley and basil over the seafood.
- Step 12: Bake for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
