Description

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 pounds potatoes
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 0.5 cup vegetable oil
- 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons paprika
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 375°F (190°C)
- Step 2: Peel the potatoes and cut into curly shapes using a spiralizer or a sharp knife
- Step 3: Rinse the curly potatoes in cold water to remove excess starch
- Step 4: Dry the curly potatoes thoroughly with paper towels
