Ingredients

  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup sesame seeds
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 green onions

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: In a shallow dish, mix together sesame seeds, flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Step 3: Dip each chicken breast in the sesame seed mixture, coating evenly.
  4. Step 4: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned.
  5. Step 5: Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Step 6: In a small saucepan, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Step 7: Brush the sauce over the cooked chicken breasts and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
