Description

Fresh shrimp marinated in a zesty cocktail sauce, served chilled.

Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup parsley
  • 0.5 cup cocktail sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • 0.25 cup dill
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 pound shrimp

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together cocktail sauce, lemon juice, parsley, dill, and horseradish.
  3. Step 3: Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.
  4. Step 4: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Step 5: Just before serving, season the shrimp with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Step 6: Serve the shrimp chilled, with additional cocktail sauce for dipping if desired.
