Description
Fresh shrimp marinated in a zesty cocktail sauce, served chilled.
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup parsley
- 0.5 cup cocktail sauce
- Salt and pepper
- 0.25 cup dill
- 0.25 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 pound shrimp
Instructions
- Step 1: Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together cocktail sauce, lemon juice, parsley, dill, and horseradish.
- Step 3: Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.
- Step 4: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Step 5: Just before serving, season the shrimp with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 6: Serve the shrimp chilled, with additional cocktail sauce for dipping if desired.
