Description

Ingredients
- 12 large shrimp
- 0.25 cup unsalted butter
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 0.25 cup parsley
- 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 0.5 cup white wine
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Step 2: Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant
- Step 3: Add shrimp and sauté for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through
- Step 4: Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside
- Step 5: Add lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine
- Step 6: Add white wine to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced
