Ingredients
- 0.25 cup Gruyère cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 medium onion
- Salt and pepper
- 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.25 cup lobster meat
- 0.25 cup parsley
- 0.5 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 pound shrimp
- 1 cup fish stock
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Step 1: Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Step 2: Add flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Step 3: Gradually pour in fish stock and heavy cream, whisking continuously. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Step 4: Stir in Gruyère cheese until melted. Add lobster meat, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Step 5: Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Step 6: Stir in lemon juice and parsley. Serve immediately.
