Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup Gruyère cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 medium onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup lobster meat
  • 0.25 cup parsley
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 1 cup fish stock
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Add flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Step 3: Gradually pour in fish stock and heavy cream, whisking continuously. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Stir in Gruyère cheese until melted. Add lobster meat, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Step 5: Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Step 6: Stir in lemon juice and parsley. Serve immediately.
