Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 4 slices whole wheat bread

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: Slice the bread into 1-inch thick slices and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned.
  3. Step 3: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and mash in a bowl with a fork until mostly smooth.
  4. Step 4: Add the salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice to the bowl with the mashed avocado and mix well.
