Description
A delicious and elegant breakfast or brunch dish featuring smoked salmon, cream cheese, and thinly sliced red onion on a toasted bagel.
Ingredients
- 120 g smoked salmon
- 0.25 cup capers
- dill
- Salt and pepper
- 4 bagels
- 120 g cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 onion
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: Slice the bagels in half and place them on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Step 3: Spread 30g of cream cheese on each toasted bagel half.
- Step 4: Top each bagel half with a slice of smoked salmon, a few slices of red onion, and a sprinkle of capers.
- Step 5: Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 6: Garnish with chopped fresh dill and serve immediately.
