A decadent twist on the classic Eggs Benedict, featuring smoked salmon and a tangy hollandaise sauce
Ingredients
- 4 English muffins
- 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
- 0.25 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup hollandaise sauce
- 2 lemons
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 0.5 cup white wine vinegar
- 4 eggs
- 0.5 cup smoked salmon
- 0.25 cup egg yolks

- 0.25 cup water
Instructions
