Ingredients
- 1 large Onion
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 medium Bell Peppers
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 can Red Kidney Beans
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 0.5 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 3 cloves Garlic
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 2 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
Instructions
- Step 1: Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
- Step 2: Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and diced bell peppers to the pot and cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Step 3: Stir in the chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Step 4: Add the diced tomatoes, red kidney beans, and beef broth to the pot and bring to a simmer.
