  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese
  • 0.5 cup red bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
