Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices red onion
- 1 cup cabbage
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 0.5 pounds chicken breasts
- 4 slices tomato
- 0.5 cup flour
- 0.25 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 4 leaves lettuce
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: In a shallow dish, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Step 3: Pour buttermilk into a separate shallow dish.
- Step 4: Dip each chicken breast into buttermilk, then coat in flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Step 5: Place coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Step 6: While chicken is baking, mix together buffalo wing sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
