Description

Crispy fried chicken breast with spicy mayo and crunchy slaw on a toasted brioche bun

Ingredients

  • 4 brioche buns
  • Tomato
  • Pickles
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • Lettuce
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups cabbage
  • 4 breasts chicken
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F
  2. Step 2: In a shallow dish, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper
  3. Step 3: Pour buttermilk into a separate shallow dish
  4. Step 4: Dip each chicken breast in the buttermilk, then coat in the flour mixture, shaking off excess
  5. Step 5: Dip the flour-coated chicken breast in the panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere
