Ingredients

  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 lb Italian sub rolls
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 cup parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 oz pepperoni
  • 6 oz salami
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 4 oz ham
  • 0.25 cup basil
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  2. Step 2: Slice the sub rolls in half lengthwise
  3. Step 3: In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes
  4. Step 4: Brush the mixture onto the cut side of the sub rolls
  5. Step 5: Layer the salami, ham, and pepperoni on the bottom half of the sub rolls
  6. Step 6: Top with shredded mozzarella cheese
  7. Step 7: Place the sub rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly
  8. Step 8: Top with chopped parsley and basil
  9. Step 9: Serve immediately
