Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 sheet nori seaweed
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon green onions
  • 0.25 cup rice vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon sugar
  • 0.5 pound tuna
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup short-grain Japanese rice

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the sushi rice according to the package instructions using the water, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
  2. Step 2: Cut the tuna into small pieces and mix with mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and soy sauce.
  3. Step 3: Cut the nori sheet in half lengthwise.
  4. Step 4: Spread a thin layer of sushi rice onto the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  5. Step 5: Place the tuna mix in the middle of the rice.
  6. Step 6: Roll the sushi using a bamboo sushi mat.
  7. Step 7: Slice the roll into 8 equal pieces.
