Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cilantro

  • 1 cup dried red lentils
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat
  2. Step 2: Add the onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and lightly browned (about 8-10 minutes)
