Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup pickled ginger
  • 0.25 cup green onions
  • 0.25 cup spicy mayo
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 lb tuna
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 0.25 cup carrots
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 0.25 cup macadamia nuts
  • 0.25 cup cucumber
  • 0.25 cup pineapple

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and garlic.
  2. Step 2: Add the tuna pieces to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.
  3. Step 3: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Step 4: In a separate bowl, combine mixed greens, chopped green onions, diced cucumber, diced carrots, chopped macadamia nuts, pickled ginger, and diced pineapple.
  5. Step 5: Divide the mixed greens mixture among four bowls.
