Description
A creamy, addictive dip made with spinach, artichokes, and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
- 0.5 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 package spinach
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Step 3: Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Step 4: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Step 5: Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or pita bread.
