Description

A creamy, addictive dip made with spinach, artichokes, and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 package spinach
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Step 3: Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Step 4: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Step 5: Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or pita bread.
