Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 cup spinach
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.25 cup parsley
- 0.5 cups water
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon oregano
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 0.5 cup feta cheese
- 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until yeast is activated.
- Step 2: Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
- Step 3: Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Step 4: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
- Step 5: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Punch down the dough and roll it out into a circle or rectangle shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Step 6: Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Step 7: Spread the chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, grated mozzarella cheese, chopped parsley, dried oregano, and black pepper evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edges.
