A delicious and healthy wrap filled with spinach, feta cheese, and Mediterranean flavors

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup feta cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 package whole wheat tortilla wraps
  • 1 bunch spinach leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.25 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • 0.25 cup red onion

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Step 2: Add olive oil, garlic, and red onion. Cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  3. Step 3: Add fresh spinach leaves and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Stir in crumbled feta cheese, chopped olives, and dried oregano. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. Step 5: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Step 6: Warm the tortilla wraps by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
  7. Step 7: Assemble the wraps by spooning the spinach and feta mixture onto the center of each tortilla and folding in half.
