Description
A delicious and healthy wrap filled with spinach, feta cheese, and Mediterranean flavors
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup feta cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 package whole wheat tortilla wraps
- 1 bunch spinach leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.25 cup Kalamata olives
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper
- 0.25 cup red onion
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Step 2: Add olive oil, garlic, and red onion. Cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Step 3: Add fresh spinach leaves and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Step 4: Stir in crumbled feta cheese, chopped olives, and dried oregano. Cook for 1 minute.
- Step 5: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 6: Warm the tortilla wraps by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
- Step 7: Assemble the wraps by spooning the spinach and feta mixture onto the center of each tortilla and folding in half.
