A creamy, cheesy dip with a delicious combination of spinach, artichoke hearts, and crunchy tortilla chips.
Ingredients
- 0.5 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 package spinach
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Step 3: Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Step 4: Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Step 5: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Step 6: Serve warm with tortilla chips.
