Description
Spicy and savory chicken wings tossed in a sweet and sour Sriracha sauce
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup Sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 0.25 cup butter
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 pounds chicken wings
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Step 2: Rinse chicken wings and pat dry with paper towels
- Step 3: In a large bowl, mix together Sriracha sauce, butter, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper
- Step 4: Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the sauce
- Step 5: Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray
- Step 6: Arrange chicken wings on the baking sheet in a single layer
- Step 7: Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through
