Description

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 0.25 cup cheddar cheese
- 4 large bell peppers
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: Cut off the tops of the bell peppers and remove seeds and membranes.
- Step 3: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, breaking into small pieces.
- Step 4: Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.
- Step 5: Stir in the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Step 6: Stuff each bell pepper with the rice and beef mixture and top with shredded cheese.
- Step 7: Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
- Step 8: Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the peppers are tender.
