Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 0.5 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoons yeast

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a small bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes until frothy.
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and melted butter. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Step 3: Add yeast mixture to the dough and mix until a sticky ball forms.
  4. Step 4: Knead the dough for 10-12 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Step 5: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  6. Step 6: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
