Ingredients

  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.25 cup parsley
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 12 mushroom caps

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon, until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
