Description

Ingredients
- 2 large mushrooms
- 0.5 cup pizza sauce

- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 8 slices Italian sausage
- 0.5 cups water
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 large onion
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 8 slices pepperoni
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Step 2: Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
- Step 3: Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth.
- Step 4: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Step 5: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Step 6: Roll out the dough into a circle or rectangle shape.
- Step 7: Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a 1/2 inch border.
- Step 8: Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, Italian sausage, onion, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
- Step 9: Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
