Description
Pan-seared filet mignon paired with succulent lobster tail, served with garlic butter and microgreens
Ingredients
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup microgreens
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 cup beurre blanc sauce
- 1 6 oz lobster tail
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 6 oz filet mignon
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: Season filet mignon with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Step 3: Heat 1 tbsp butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear filet mignon for 2-3 minutes per side, then transfer to oven and cook for 8-10 minutes or until desired doneness.
- Step 4: Meanwhile, heat remaining 1 tbsp butter in a separate skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Step 5: Add lobster tail to skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until opaque and flaky.
- Step 6: To serve, place filet mignon on a plate, top with lobster tail, and spoon garlic butter over the top. Garnish with microgreens and serve with beurre blanc sauce on the side.
