Ingredients
- 0.25 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 0.5 cup pecans
- 0.5 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 0.25 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 large eggs
- 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.25 cup sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, flour, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Stir until well combined.
- Step 3: Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Stir until smooth.
