Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium onion

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 0.5 cup BBQ sauce
  • cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks, until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
