Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons tarragon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chives
- 4 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Step 3: Let the chicken cool, then chop into small pieces.
- Step 4: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, tarragon, chives, salt, and pepper.
